Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to amplify our brand voice and engage with our loyal customer base across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation & Videography:
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content that showcases Tahini's vibrant brand and Mediterranean fusion cuisine.
- Appear on camera and actively engage in video content creation, ensuring an authentic and personable brand presence.
- Create fun, engaging, and visually appealing social media content (videos, stories, reels) across multiple platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage, schedule, and post content across all social media channels, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and engaging manner to boost customer interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and creative tools to keep Tahini's content fresh and relevant.
- Video Editing & Content Production:
- Edit raw video footage into polished content with attention to detail, using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
- Add captions, graphics, and music to enhance videos and ensure they align with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
- On-Camera Presence & Engagement:
- Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera, creating engaging and personable content that connects with our audience.
- Must be outgoing and energetic to bring the fun, approachable personality of Tahini's to life in each video.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategies and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments for promotional events, new product launches, and special campaigns.
- Assist with creating and maintaining an engaging, fun, and vibrant brand personality across all digital platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is definitely a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience in leveraging social media analytics and tools to optimize performance.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A creative mindset with the ability to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Engaging, fun, and creative personality; Comfortable and confident being on camera.
