Job Description:
Dreamforce Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Brand Manager to join a leading distributor of fragrances and cosmetics in the duty-free trade industry in Canada. They specialize in curating a wide range of luxury beauty products from renowned international brands. Their mission is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to travelers, offering exclusive and high-quality products.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in driving the success of our duty-free fragrances
and cosmetics brands through strategic planning, brand development, marketing campaigns, and
market analysis. Your role will involve supporting brand partners, coordinating product launches,
monitoring market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and
increase brand visibility in the duty-free trade industry.
- Collaborate with brand partners to ensure effective brand positioning and representation in the
duty-free market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer preferences, travel trends, and
emerging opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales
for duty-free fragrances and cosmetics.
- Coordinate the product lifecycle, including selection, procurement, distribution, and promotion.
- Work closely with brand partners to curate product assortments that cater to the needs and
preferences of duty-free shoppers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure
the smooth execution of brand initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and contribute to generating actionable insights to
optimize brand performance.
- Maintain relationships with brand partners, provide support in negotiating terms, and
contribute to collaborative marketing efforts.
- Assist in ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, including visual merchandising,
displays, and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging brands in the dutyfree trade sector.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management within the fragrance, or cosmetics
industry.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Familiarity with duty-free trade dynamics, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from sales and market data.
- Ability to support the development and execution of brand strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet
deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and marketing software.
- Familiarity with duty-free trade regulations and practices in Canada is a plus.
- Passion for the fragrance and cosmetics industry and a keen eye for luxury products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
