Optometry Office Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls using phone systems.
- Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Supervise office staff and coordinate team management efforts to ensure high productivity levels.
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Develop training programs for staff development and performance improvement.
- Maintain an organized office environment by implementing efficient administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and human resources practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
