**What you do**:

- Continuously improve the usability, design, and engagement of the Boston Pizza website and digital content
- Lead development of landing page experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) that drive traffic and conversions
- Develop, upload and schedule content and creative assets
- Support Take-Out & Delivery (TOD) Manager to achieve conversion goals through custom online experiences that drive online purchase
- Implement an A/B testing strategy and optimize landing page experiences to improve conversion rates and retention
- Conduct regular audits to ensure existing functionality, category and product pages maintain accuracy and follow best practices
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery and expansion to drive the most valuable traffic
- Develop link building strategies and build natural backlinks
- Analyze web traffic and behaviour for optimization
- Assist in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support BP digital platforms and TOD business channel including digital, social, TV, and paid search
- Analyze reports and dashboards in PowerBI, Google & Adobe Analytics to provide insight on campaign metrics and TOD channel trends
- Contribute to digital enhancements for improved guest experiences & identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Keep abreast of digital, SEO and e-commerce best practices and innovations, monitor trends and competitive actions to inform future plans
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners

**Who you are**:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing involving website development, communications, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience building a variety of digital elements (templates, components and modules) within Adobe Experience Manager or comparable platform an asset
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Search Console an asset
- Familiarity with responsive web design / UX best practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Ability to think strategically, troubleshoot and problem solve
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
