Client Administration Officer

As a Client Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing back-office support to our Dynamic Funds clients.
**Is this role right for you? In this role you will**:
- Provide an elevated level of support to internal teams such as Sales and Dealer Relations as well as external Mutual Fund dealers
- Update and maintain the database of Financial Advisor profiles by accurately processing non-financial transactions
- Investigate, research, and perform analysis of documentation to maintain integrity of advisor profiles
- Review and complete daily data integrity reports
- Review and respond to ad-hoc inquiries from the Sales team in an accurate and timely manner
- Work with the team to provide proactive solutions to problems and potential issues
- Participate in special projects/assignments and perform other duties as required
**The Must Haves**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a back-office environment
- Completed post-secondary education
- Completion of Canadian Investment courses through CSI or IFIC is an asset
- Experience in the mutual fund industry, either with a Fund Manufacturer or Dealer
- Intermediate experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel is a highly desirable asset
- Knowledge of iFAST and AWD is a strong asset
