**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Source parts and materials, contact suppliers, receive quotes, and create requisitions.
- Receive parts, validate purchase order, enter into ERP system, and place in storage locations.
- Determine parts required for jobs and enter parts used into work order.
- Monitor and inform manager of any price changes and run usage reports.
- Set up new parts in ERP system, create bar codes and parts bins.
- Complete inventory tracking, daily inventory counts, and reorder stock parts as required.
- Monitor inventory changes through min/max features and adjust as required.
- Run parts usage reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for required changes.
- Restock returned parts from maintenance employees and update ERP system.
- Responsible for parts organization and general housekeeping.
- Maintain food safety standards in work responsibilities and report food safety issues to QA.
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Read, write, and communicate (English)
- 1-3 years of inventory and/or purchasing experience
- Basic mathematical skills
- Mechanical experience and ability to interpret machine manuals
- Familiar with maintenance terminology
- Strong computer skills and experience with maintenance ERP systems
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to run and interpret inventory data
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and a team member
