If you’re a heavy-duty equipment service advisor, service representative, service writer, or an automotive service advisor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service related role, we want you to join Falcon Equipment’s **Surrey Service Branch**

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide **exceptional customer service** to both external and internal customers
- Courteously handle customer issues, complaints and misunderstandings
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
- Reach agreement with customers before repairs; explain cost estimate and approximate time when work will be completed
- Work directly with the parts department to price/source parts and determine estimated delivery time of parts
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training in heavy equipment service and repair
- Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry
- 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a related field
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people tactfully and professionally at all times
- Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Must have valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
