**Role Overview**:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for seasoned sales professionals who thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. You will handle warm leads with no cold calling required, making it ideal for individuals with experience in phone sales, particularly in home or business security sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promptly address incoming sales calls, focusing on high customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Swiftly respond to inbound leads, ensuring communications are timely and effective.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive sales strategies and excellent customer service.
- Provide customers with comprehensive information on products, pricing, and terms to facilitate informed decisions.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to propel team success and company growth.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capable of managing sales targets and the pressures associated with them.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
