**Company Description**

Our company serves over 80% of the new home builders operating in the Edmonton and Calgary areas. We specialize in providing a wide range of products, including custom frameless glass, shower doors, closet shelving, mirrors, closet doors and room dividers. In addition, we have extensive experience working on most of the residential high-rise towers in Edmonton.

The Design and Sales Consultant role is a unique opportunity to deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience. You'll be designing and selling various storage solutions, from frameless glass to room dividers. This role is about sales, providing exceptional customer service, and creating beautiful spaces. Our Design Consultants are self-motivated, driven, and direct-sales-oriented professionals who strive to deliver a superb interactive in-home customer experience and drive sales growth to meet and exceed our growth plan.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design organization units for customers utilizing our CAD software program.
- Plan and design Shower systems with Showers online.
- Enter orders for production into our CRM.
- Professional, assertive and always seeking a win-win.
- Confident, warm and friendly; consultative sales approach.
- On-site or telecommute to customers’ homes for a needs analysis and to design a storage unit.
- Participate in weekly Hot topic sessions, sales goal setting and reviews.
- Continuous follow-up with the customers and collaboration with the installation team to ensure job completion.
- Pursue referrals and repeat business.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to meet monthly sales goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales-related goals and targets.

**Qualifications**
- Interior design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home décor.
- Experience in customer service or retail sales, where the consultant is the reason for repeat clients.
- Professional and assertive, consultative sales skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience working with laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
- Previous experience with CAD or design software is a plus.
- The ability to be consistently inspiring and create delightful customer and brand experiences.
- Confidently be able to sell and promote a product.
- The ability to be creative yet meticulously detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
