**AADL CONSULTANT, OUTSIDE SALES**:
Healthcare Solutions is a leading provider in the home health industry, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
**The AADL Consultant nurtures relationships with critical referral sources in the health care industry by providing educational and sales support for mobility and daily living aids offered by the Company under the Alberta Aids to Daily Living Program. The AADL Consultant travels frequently out-of-town to support province-wide growth of our brand, leveraging strong product knowledge and business development skills to drive Company revenue and demonstrate the positive value of our products and services on client health outcomes.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement & Product Knowledge**:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and health care professionals within an assigned sales territory through regular communication, routine in-person meetings, and personalized service.
- Conducting tailored product demonstrations and presentations for health care professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions, and showcasing new products.
- Assisting clients with product selection and support and qualifying and understanding their unique needs to identify new and repeat sales opportunities.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services through manufacturer education, training opportunities, and self study.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the Alberta Aids to Daily Living Program and working knowledge of other available public and private funding programs and financing options.
**Strategy & Reporting**:
- Developing, implementing, and adapting strategic sales plans to achieve targets, respond to market changes, and expand our customer base in the home health industry.
- Documenting and maintaining all sales activities, communication, sales pipelines, and contacts in the CRM daily.
- Providing timely and accurate reports on individual goals, activities, and AADL sales strategies to the Sales Manager.
- Identifying leads and opportunities through networking and market research to grow our referral-source base and capture existing industry business.
- Supporting proactive supply chain forecasting by advising changes to minimum inventory values of new or existing products due to changes in funding, vendor exclusivity, or anticipated shifts in market preference.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborating with cross-department and cross-location team members to foster a results-oriented team culture that creates a superior customer experience through both team and individual efforts.
- Collaborating with other Sales team members and Marketing Operations to successfully execute product and service launches, professional development days, trade shows, and other events to promote the Company.
- Collaborating with Sales and other team members intimately involved in AADL operations to develop and implement standard procedures that support maintenance and acquisition of AADL sales.
**Other Duties**:
- Driving a class 5 vehicle for frequent out-of-town travel, occasionally staying overnight.
- In-servicing other personnel on Company products as required.
- Tracking and submitting prior-approved business expenses to the Sales Manager.
- Safely lifting up to 50 lbs independently, heavier with appropriate assistance.
- Complying with the Company’s Occupational Health & Safety and other Policies & Procedures and being an active part of a safety-focused worksite culture.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.

- Strong working knowledge of computer and cloud-based systems including but not limited to Hubspot, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and adept at independently identifying, learning, and implementing new technologies.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field is an asset.
