**Your opportunity**:
The Work Study program provides over 3500 meaningful on-campus paid work opportunities for students at the University of Toronto. The Work Study program aims to provide students with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge, strengthen their skills, explore careers and understand how their academic studies translate to career possibilities. The Work Study program has learning at the center of the experience.

The Work Study Program Officer will be responsible for providing high quality customer service in the administrationof the Work Study program and in support of staff, faculty, librarians and instructors who wish to develop and submit opportunities for students. will also support the development of information sessions, learning and development training programs for supervisors and students, networking and appreciation events, as well as support Career Exploration & Education events, activities and programming more broadly.

The Work Study Program Officer will also assist the Lead Coordinator, Career Exploration & Workplace Learning in the facilitation of educational and engagement events to support supervisors and students within the program in growing important workplace skills and career learning. In part, programs which support the intersection of career, identity and wellbeing and increase access to important on-campus work opportunities will be prioritized, for Indigenous and equity deserving student communities, including but not limited to Black, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+ students and students with disabilities. You will ultimately work on projects and priorities that support students in developing greater clarity around values, interests, identities, workplace needs and experiences that positively influence career direction, success, and wellbeing.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Planning and implementing components of curricular and/or co-curricular programs and activities
- Planning and overseeing the implementation of an evaluation framework forprograms and initiatives
- Conducting detailed analysis on program efficiency and student learning outcomes to inform program planning activities
- Facilitating educational workshops and seminars
- Developing strategies that maximize outreach to students
