We are currently seeking an **Operations Manager**. This role is well-suited to an individual whose knowledge of the construction industry, logistics and supply chain, and managerial skills combine to drive an efficient and smooth operation. A member of key management, the Operations Manager will oversee receiving, warehousing, delivery, installation, and after-sales service functions. A problem-solver, multi-tasker, team player and advocate for the health and safety of the team, the Operations Manager plays an integral role in the operation and management of the company.

**Functional Responsibilities include**:
Key Management:

- Participate in management strategy and other functional meetings to promote efficiencies, continuous improvement, and communication.
- Oversee the work of functional team members providing mentorship, support, and guidance.
- Promotes opportunities for corporate effectiveness and process improvement.
- Builds relationships with functional team members, co-workers and other stakeholders.
- Other duties as required.

Receiving, Warehousing, and Shipping:

- Oversee the functional team members in the safe and efficient receiving, storage, and on-time delivery of windows, door systems, parts, and accessories.
- Ensures inventory is maintained at optimal levels.
- Confirms the receipt and timely delivery of products to work sites.
- Ensures appropriate transportation planning and other logistics for site delivery.

Installation:

- Supports Scheduler and Installation teams in the efficient, timely execution of projects.
- Provides experienced input on special requirements, logistics and other details.

Service:

- Ensures prompt and professional execution of after-sales service as required.
- Oversees the upkeep of the CRM, stakeholder communications,

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Experience in residential construction worksites, practices and specifically windows and door system installation
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, shipping, receiving practices,
- Keen understanding of service requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen
- Inventory and CRM management
- Process improvement and implementation
- Negotiation skills
- Blueprints
- Site inspections/evaluation
- Problem-solving
- Staff and crew management and training
- Safe working practices

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Construction management, engineering, architecture or related work experience
- 3 years of work experience at a managerial level
