**Overview**

We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals ready to dive into a rewarding adventure as Field Sales Representatives If you’re outgoing and driven, this is your chance to make a real difference in Toronto's vibrant small business community.

Join the Small Business Program (SBP), part of the transformative Save On Energy initiatives. You'll help them identify and retrofit inefficient lighting and non-lighting systems, all while providing free assessments that could unlock up to $3,000 in lighting incentives and $2,500 in non-lighting incentives

Engaging with diverse businesses, conducting impactful audits, and driving meaningful change—all while being at the forefront of the energy efficiency movement. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to inspire and empower others while building a sustainable future.

**Responsibilities**
- Work independently and as part of a team to engage small businesses in utility-funded energy conservation opportunities while travelling to small businesses.
- Visit businesses based on a schedule that varies by city and where open time slots are filled by canvassing surrounding businesses.
- Conduct walkthrough energy audits for the Save On Energy Small Business Program as a field program delivery representative in Toronto.
- Maintain an excellent customer service record while presenting program information directly to small-medium business owners and their management, accommodating their interests, needs, and timelines.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience in the environmental sector is desired.
- Outside sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team; positive attitude and enthusiasm for working within the energy and environment sector
- Must be computer literate.
- The ability to speak multiple languages is considered an asset but not required.
- Technical knowledge of lighting and lighting systems is preferred but not required, as this will be taught.

**Compensation**:The position offers competitive pay that includes piecework/commission
