**Sales Representative-Western Ontario, Olympic Wholesale Co. Ltd.**
- Cambridge to Windsor Coverage
- Primarily independent and remote work, with the occasional required meetings at head office in Ajax, ON.

**Job Duties Include**:

- Services existing accounts and obtains orders.
- Establishes new accounts on a continual basis, by planning and organizing a daily work schedule.
- Required to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts the content of sales presentations by reviewing the type of account.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of all customers within the assigned territory.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information, on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to Management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Sales & customer service experience in B2B
- Motivation for sales and establishing relationships.
- Knowledge of food ingredients sold into the baking industry is an asset.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or Baking & Pastry Arts

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and ability.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
