Ashfield Engage est actuellement à la recherche d’une personne ayant une expérience de gestion des personnes et de l’industrie pharmaceutique qui aime s’épanouir dans l’environnement d’un siège social dynamique, en relevant du directeur des services commerciaux, pour diriger une équipe de représentants commerciaux virtuels. Il s’agit d’un poste hybride, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance ou depuis le siège social, selon les besoins et les exigences de l’entreprise.

**Principaux objectifs**:

- Gérer et diriger entièrement à distance des équipes virtuelles de vente.
- Surveiller l’activité des représentants commerciaux virtuels en s’assurant que la qualité et la quantité des appels répondent aux attentes des clients.
- Organiser régulièrement des séances d’encadrement individuel et d’équipe pour fournir des conseils et des commentaires sur les compétences de vente, la connaissance des produits et la gestion des objectifs.
- Utiliser les systèmes et la technologie pour surveiller la qualité des appels, l’activité des appels et la progression du projet.
- Identifier les domaines de perfectionnement des compétences parmi les représentants commerciaux virtuels et travailler à améliorer les capacités de l’individu grâce à des plans d’encadrement, de perfectionnement et de formation.
- Gérer les compétences de l’équipe virtuelle des ventes et l’avancement professionnel grâce aux examens du rendement et du perfectionnement d’Ashfield.
- Être le point de contact principal avec le client, faisant office de gestionnaire de compte client et d’agent de liaison.
- Diriger régulièrement des points de service avec les clients pour fournir des mises à jour sur les performances du programme et des représentants, des rapports, des informations sur les clients et des recommandations.
- Mener des examens fonctionnels mensuels et/ou trimestriels et/ou annuels avec les clients
- Agir en tant qu’expert en la matière sur l’implication, les politiques et les procédures des équipes à distance.
- Gérer l’allocation et l’optimisation des ressources en collaboration avec les autres gestionnaires et l’équipe du recrutement.
- Participer au processus de recrutement en transmettant les exigences aux RH, mener des entretiens, intégrer et former les nouveaux employés.
- Promouvoir les valeurs d’Ashfield et montrer l’exemple.

**Spécifications du titulaire du poste**:

- Baccalauréat requis (Affaires ou Sciences de préférence)
- Parfaitement bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit)
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente de produits pharmaceutiques ou 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de personnel dans les domaines pharmaceutique, de la santé, des centres d’appels ou du service à la clientèle
- Compréhension pratique de l’industrie pharmaceutique et de la santé
- Expérience en gestion des ventes, en formation ou encadrement
- Expérience antérieure en gestion de client ou de projet est un atout important
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique au rythme soutenu
- Sens aigu des affaires et compétences analytiques ; à l’aise avec l’utilisation et l’interprétation des données
- Orienté vers les solutions, ingénieux et capable de résoudre des problèmes
- Esprit d’équipe, collaborateur, capacité à s’associer avec des intervenants internes et externes
- Solide connaissance de Microsoft Office et de la technologie et futé du numérique
- Facilité à apprendre, à l’aise avec divers ensembles et systèmes technologiques
