**OVERVIEW**

**KEY OBJECTIVES**
- Prospect, cold call and establish a list of target accounts
- Set and conduct well-prepared face-to-face and virtual meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs
- Win new accounts, expand existing accounts, and provide exceptional service to all active and prospective customers

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Proactively fulfil business development activities as set by sales management,

including telemarketing calls and drop-ins.
- Represent Aquest Design in a professional manner with both existing and potential

clients.
- Follow-up quickly on sales inquiries.
- Drive face to face visits including initial discovery meetings involving educating the

client on Aquest Design benefits, understanding client goals, pain-points and

objectives and developing that into a reality.
- Drive the proposal and quote presentation process, including both preparing quotes

and proposals and handing off precise information to Designers and Inside Sales for

the preparation of design and quotation presentations and review of completed

work before presenting to the client to ensure alignment with client pain points and

objectives.
- Present proposals and quotes and attend further client meetings as needed for

negotiation and closing.
- Participate actively in sales and marketing meetings to provide relevant input on

both marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain and exceed sales goals in both lead and lag measures, such as proactive

outreach, appointments, sales revenue, profitability, and product mix targets.
- Follow-up quotations in view of securing the order.
- Follow up projects during production and installation, listen to and action customer

requests and complaints.
- Accurately and rigorously record sales activities, leads and opportunities in Aquest
- Maintain regular contact with clients to acquire information, answer incoming sales

inquiries and identify new potential business opportunities

Position requires regular travel in Montreal and across Quebec. May also require travel further afield.
- Acquire and maintain a knowledge of Aquest products and suppliers, industry best

practices, and private school trends.
- Suggest sales process improvements and contribute to improvement initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least five years sales experience
- Fully bilingual (English and French)
- Able to identify and highlight potential obstacles in achieving objectives and propose solutions where appropriate.
- Able to prioritize work to ensure high standards of delivery across all aspects of work.
- Ability to respond in a professional manner to all communications.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates determination to exceed targets.
- Demonstrates excellent team working skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to provide own transportation to and from client sites
- University Degree in a relevant discipline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
