Assante Wealth Management at 101 McIntyre, is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and highly organized individual, who has exceptional office administration, and client service skills to join our team in one of Canada's leading wealth management firms. The successful applicant will perform reception duties and provide administrative support to our team of financial planning advisors.

**Summary of Role**:
Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 pm

Duties include investment order entry and control, maintenance of files and office supplies, reception and related tasks, run/maintain various databases, contact management systems and reports, and providing support to our team of financial planning advisors.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Detail-oriented, flexible to changing priorities, works well with others
- Highly organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act with discretion and good judgement, in a confidential environment
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Client Relationship Management Software (Salesforce), Box, and Docusign
- Post Secondary Education from Administration or Business-related studies preferred; minimum high school graduate (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of related experience in an administrative/office environment
- Industry knowledge/experience considered a strong asset, or a familiarity with financial markets/products, with a keen willingness to learn
