Gestionnaire Associé.e, Salesforce

- Ton quotidien:

- Orienter tous les efforts de support et de développement Salesforce vers une livraison réussie en faisant régulièrement rapport aux parties prenantes métier sur les progrès réalisés.
- Fournir un leadership technique en coachant et en encourageant les domaines de croissance et d'amélioration au sein de l'équipe.
- Concevoir et aider à programmer des améliorations en recherchant spécifiquement des opportunités d'étendre l'utilisation de Salesforce avec les fonctionnalités SalesGPT/ServiceGPT.
- Maintenir des normes élevées de qualité logicielle en établissant de bonnes pratiques et habitudes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Ventes, Marketing, Service Client et Ingénierie pour recueillir les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles des projets.
- Coordonner le support lors des tests utilisateur ainsi que le support en production.
- Être organisé avec de solides pratiques de gestion du temps.
- Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif.
- Ton profil :

- Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en développement et administration Salesforce avec une expérience dans la construction de solutions sur Lightning, workflow, Apex, JavaScript, SOAP/REST webservices et des personnalisations avancées.
- Compréhension de l'offre de fonctionnalités Sales Cloud et Service Cloud.
- Expérience antérieure dans un poste de leadership technique.
- Capacité à communiquer des informations techniques de manière claire et concise aux utilisateurs métier.

Salesforces Associate Manager

- Your mission in the Business Systems team:

- Your day-to-day:

- Guide all Salesforce support and development efforts towards successful delivery reporting regularly to business stakeholders on progress.
- Provide technical leadership through coaching including encouraging areas of growth and improvement within the team.
- Design and help program improvements specifically looking for opportunities to extend the use of Salesforce with SalesGPT/ServiceGPT features.
- Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Engineering to gather functional and non-functional requirements for projects.
- Coordinate support during user testing as well as production support.
- Organized with strong time management practices.
- Contribute to a positive working environment.
- Your profile:

- Minimum of 7 years of Salesforce development and administration with experience building solutions on Lightning, workflow, Apex, JavaScript, SOAP/REST webservices, and advanced customizations.
- Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud feature offering.
- Prior experience in a technical leadership position.
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to business users.
