**Job Purpose**

The Construction Time Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring timesheets are entered and LEMs are created in a timely and accurate manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Display a commitment to Gitga’at Waiward’s incident-free vision, values, and culture.
- Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly Timekeeping - Force Reporting.
- Coordinate new and existing employees, and subcontractors Site Access/Orientations.
- Book camp accommodations, flights, and schedule PPE, A&D Testing, and Training.
- Coordinate Vehicle Site Access and Maintenance.
- Assist with Construction, Quality, and HSSE Reporting, auditing, and administration of employee relations.
- Administrate meeting minutes and actions and proofread documents.
- Lead the Integrated Management System processes at a site level.
- Manage Stationery/Office supplies and provide Procurement and Shipping support.
- Perform other General Administrative Duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Business Administration Diploma is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years in a site administration role on a construction or maintenance project site.
- Current Class 5 Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract.
- Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol test is required.
- OSSA/BSO or CSO and CSTS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Expertise in software relevant to the role will be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Working Conditions**

The incumbent is required to work in an office environment on site with little to moderate noise and small spaces. This position may require individuals to stay in camp, and travel to and from multiple sites.

**Physical Requirements**

The incumbent is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal for extended periods of time; and extensive reading. The incumbent is also required to sit for extended periods of time and communicate with construction employees regularly.
