Functionally reporting to the Paint, Electrical & Insulation Interface Lead – ISBL, the successful candidate will be assigned to the construction team and provide construction support to construction team to streamline, interface and manage interdisciplinary releases (IDR) among different disciplines and contractors, as well as helping to satisfy the quality & safety requirements on the project. IDR Construction Coordinators do not have any direct responsibility for achieving progress or productivity, however, they are responsible to minimize or eliminate any obstruction to the efficient working of the project. IDR Construction Coordinators serve as the liaison among JFJV Construction, FCCL, and other Contractors. The primary role of the IDR Construction Coordinator is to act as the focal point for construction interfaces in construction team; ensuring that construction is complete for the scope in interdisciplinary release; and to ensure that quality requirements are met for streamlined release among all contractors is achieved.
• Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
• Remains knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner.
• Validate/verify completion of construction activities in assigned IDR and assists construction with readiness of work area for release to different contractors.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication among construction, quality, technical services and other contractors to ensure the timely flow of interdisciplinary release review and sign off.
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure that quality checks are complete prior to IDR sign-off.
• Verify and check the readiness of area for access and indirect support prior to release of area to receiving contractor.
• Interface with Technical Services to ensure that there is no pending or outstanding RFI/FCN for respective area for release.
• Attend LNGC daily SIMOPS meeting as required.
• Hold regular meetings with releasing and receiving contractors.
• Use Construction Automation Tools (Smart Plant Construction, Navisworks, EPIC Dashboard) to verify the readiness of scope in interdisciplinary release.
• Maintain IDR logs and generate reports as required for construction management.
• Supports the implementation of the streamlined interdisciplinary release as per site directive.
