Nous sommes à la recherche d’une superstar bilingue qui souhaite apprendre tous les éléments fascinants liés à la gestion et au traitement de la paie, ainsi que travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des RH sur le recrutement et l’intégration. Ce poste relèvera à la fois du responsable de la paie et du responsable des ressources humaines.

**Responsabilités**:

- Travailler avec notre responsable de la paie pour aider à l’achèvement du cycle complet du traitement de la paie pour tous les employés salariés et horaires de nos multiples sociétés, toutes les deux semaines.
- Administrer les avantages sociaux, y compris l’adhésion à l’assurance collective, le VRSP, les ajustements salariaux et le traitement des cessations d’emploi.
- Gestion des congés (maternité, parental, maladie) et de la santé et de la sécurité.
- Assurer la tenue de dossiers précis et à jour
- Assurer la création et la distribution en temps requis des T4 ainsi que des rapports de fin d’année.
- Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la paie, l’assurance collective et les programmes de VRSP.
- Fournir un soutien aux employés et répondre à leurs diverses demandes
- Aider au processus de recrutement et d’entrevue
- Aider à l’embarquement et au débarquement des employés.
- Aider à la préparation du processus d’évaluation du rendement
- Aider à la mise à jour des politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
- Effectuer d’autres tâches assignées par le directeur des RH et le directeur de la comptabilité.

**Exigences**:

- Avoir l’esprit d’entreprise et une attitude positive.
- Dois avoir l’expérience de travail dans le domaine de la paie et des RH. Un diplôme ou un certificat en administration de la paie et/ou en ressources humaines ou un diplôme similaire est considéré comme un atout important.
- Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la paie
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
- Un engagement fort envers la vie privée des employés
- Connaissance de l’informatique, y compris des compétences de travail efficient en Excel et Outlook.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe et de façon autonome.
- Dois être bien organisé et avoir le souci du détail.
- L’expérience et la connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de RH et de paie sont considérées comme un atout.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à travailler avec une supervision limitée.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéances.

We are searching for a bilingual superstar with experience in Human Resources and Payroll to manage and process payroll and benefits. This position will report to both the Payroll Manager and the Director of Human Resources.
