The Technology, Privacy and Commercial Practice Coordinator provides practice group support to Osler’s Technology, Privacy & Data Management and Supply Chain & Distribution Groups and their respective clients. The Practice Coordinator will enhance the service delivery model for Osler’s TechSure and Commercial Programs, which service the Firm’s emerging and high growth technology companies. This role will work alongside our leading legal professionals and is expected to act as the key point of contact at the Firm for the TechSure and Commercial Programs.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Work with leading professionals in Osler’s Technology Group, Privacy and Data Management Group and Supply Chain & Distribution Group to support advice being provided to Osler’s emerging and high growth technology companies.
- Coordinate workflow and act as the key point of contact at the firm for the TechSure and Commercial Programs.
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals involved in the TechSure and Commercial Programs, including logging data and tracking the status of client matters in the tracking software, liaising with other departments at the firm as it relates to the TechSure and Commercial Programs and providing regular updates to the program lead and lead partners.
- Assist with the implementation, maintenance and improvement of new technologies, as applicable.
- Suggest process improvements for and contribute to the continued design of the TechSure and Commercial Programs.
- Ensure that confidential and sensitive data is protected by the security and privacy protocols of the Firm.

**Position Requirements**
- Education and Experience_

University diploma plus a minimum of one to two years of relevant experience. Recent graduates or those with an interest in pursuing legal studies are welcome to apply. A demonstrated interest in law or legal services would be an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.
- Knowledge and Skills_
- Proactive, highly organized, detail orientated and ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
- Discretion and a strong client service orientation are essential. A certain degree of flexibility is required with respect to hours of work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Extremely well organized with superb attention to detail.
- Disciplined execution and follow through; excellent time management skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- A team player who also works well independently.
- Strong ability to learn existing business practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and be highly motivated to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work partially in the office.
