**_ What is the opportunity?_**
- Business Risk Management and Solutions (BRMS) reside_s within_ Canadian Banking Operations of Canadian_ Personal and Commercial Banking (P&CB)_. BRMS _supports _first line of defense activities_._
- Working in _BRMS_ as a Business Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the design, _development and implementation of training programs to meet BRMS needs_

**_ What will you _**_do?_**
- _ Collaborate with colleagues from various lines of business to identify, test and implement opportunities to enhance the employee experience._
- _ Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners in an open office _environment_
- _ Ensuring the proper preparation, implementation, and management of instructional development projects.._
- _ Contributes to the selection, development and updating of courseware content for web-based or any other media delivery._
- _ Supports the evaluation of the effectiveness of audiovisual materials to ensure objectives are being accomplished._
- _ Collaborates with various partners to update/document _processes_

**_ What do you need to _**_succeed?_**

**_ Must haves:_**
- _ Currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution with an interest in enhancing the employee _experience_
- _ Excellent communication skills (verbal and _written)_
- _ Demonstrate strong competencies in collaboration, attention to detail, and time _management_
- _ Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven._
- _ Strong MS Office skills - Word, Outlook, Excel and _PowerPoint_

**_ Nice to _**_have:_**
- _ Experience with _Project Management_
- _ Experience utilizing discussions to build a course. _
- _Bilingualism in French and English _

**Job Summary**

Participates in and supports the operational activities of a business unit. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.
