**SUMMARY**
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for key operational activities ranging from coordinating and supporting the setup of new products for the Canadian entity, to managing pricing in the system for the various product divisions and retail partners.
This role is part of the Pricing, Promotions and Trade terms team and will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing, sales, order desk and operations teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
NPI - Process ownership
- Submit Annual Plan requirements for new models, in the system after consensus with the related product manager.
- Collaborate with the relevant Product Division and Marketing team to get assets submitted(e.g., artwork for packaging, user manuals, etc.).
- Confirm product specs, key features, product & lifestyle images.
- Facilitate the 3rd party translation process.
- Publish UPC code, HS Code in Midea internal systems.
Item Price & Price List Management
- Collaborate with Pricing, Promotions & Trade terms team (PP&T) to create and maintain price lists.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to set up the correct SKU level pricing in the Midea systems for specific retail partners.
- Submit pricing for approval and troubleshoot any issues with the process.
Sales Operations
- Maintain pricing up to date in Midea systems: Create necessary entries in the system to avoid expiration by collaborating with Product Managers to identify potential necessary changes or adjustments.
- Act as liaison between operations team and product team and troubleshoot and prevent orders stuck in the system.
- Sample management (acquire and facilitate delivery to relevant parties)

- Support and lead ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Minimum of 1~2 years in a sales analyst, product manager assistant, or sales operations role for the consumer goods industry, preferably major appliances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Finance business processes is a plus.
- Superior Excel, PowerPoint, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Being conscientious, organized, responsible, ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
