Paul Davis is an industry leader in property damage mitigation and reconstruction with more than 370 franchise offices across the United States and Canada. The **Paul Davis GTA West Group** operates across five franchise territories including Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Halton/Hamilton, and Brantford/Woodstock, with a Flooring Division (**Optimum Warehouse Flooring**) operating out of our Mississauga location.

As **Flooring Coordinator**, you will support the flooring team and work together to ensure projects are properly completed. This position is based out of our **Mississauga location.**

The position of the Flooring Coordinator comes with a **competitive salary and bonus structure**. You will assist the Flooring Manager administratively and work together in delivering best in-class service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a high standard of customer experience supported by quality work and the achievement of a high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Create and maintain both physical and system files for all flooring jobs
- Order and receive flooring materials, ensuring accuracy and proper system entries
- Arrange material pick up as needed
- Coordinate and schedule installation for flooring jobs
- Prepare invoicing
- Assist Flooring Manager with customer communication as necessary

What you bring:

- Extraordinary organization skills

- Team-oriented and customer service focused
- The ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- A sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative in solving issues
- 2-4 years in a similar role
- Flooring or Construction related experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
