**Fuzion Flooring - Shipping Clerk (FULL TIME)**

**Reporting to - Warehouse Manager**

The Shipping Clerk is a key role in the operations department. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for the execution of shipping, receiving, returns, and warehouse activities at the **Mississauga and Brampton Warehouses**, including preparation of shipping documents, greeting and processing pick up customers, coordinating and processing deliveries and returns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound activity.
- Coordinating outbound and inbound material movement to meet supply chain requirements including inventory accuracy, minimizing write-offs, and new product introductions.
- Coordinating warehouse operators
- Coordinating warehouse activities, communicates and documents transactions, including vendor damage claims.
- Supporting inventory control.
- Provides innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade the department.
- Communicates effectively.
- Ensure the compliance of all plant relevant policies, procedures, and standardized work methods.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure continued compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Company safety rules and Good Safety Practices
- Efficient warehouse flow of all materials
- Timely completion of all related duties

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in shipping, receiving and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience using SAP B1 is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize.
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
