**Fuzion Flooring - Inventory Controller (FULL TIME)**
**Reporting to - Warehouse Manager**

The Inventory Controller is a key role in all Fuzion Warehouses. The position will be responsible for inventory accuracy, analysis and resolution of count issues, and leading ongoing cycle counting process.
The Inventory Controller must be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, has excellent communication, math and analytical skills. Any relevant experience in SAP is highly considered. Complete tasks independently and or in teams, manage multiple inventories and report to and advise Fuzion management.
Successful inventory coordinators should have 3+ experience in Inventory control, time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Performing and analyzing all cycle counts.
- Root cause and report corrective actions to improve overall inventory accuracy.
- Reconciliation of all 3PL warehouse balances.
- Respond quickly to operational needs to support picking and shipping
- Recognize and resolve quantity discrepancies, make quantity reports.
- Provides innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recommend and instruct staff as required to improve processes.
- Document and notify inventory management of inventory or process related issues.
- Monitor, analyze, correct warehouse transfer activity.
- Participate in safety and safety meetings
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure continued compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, company safety rules and good safety practices
- Process customer returns and work with Product Management, Credit and CSR’s to completion
- Engage with finance department to manage financial impact of stock adjustments.
- Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in Inventory process
- Coordinating annual country wide physical inventory
**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in shipping, receiving and inventory control in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP B1 and asset
- Forklift license, reach truck and counterbalance is required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to engage in this specialty operation, and make recommendations
- Advanced in Excel skills an asset
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
