Office Administrative Assistant

This position will be a floating position between our two sister companies. (A Storage Facility and Pest Control Company)
Shifts will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and additional hours upon pick-up.
- Creating invoices for pest control services (Gorilla Desk)
- Taking credit card payments
- Assisting with phone answering
- Data entry (Quickbooks)
- Covering the office on weekends when needed.
- Opening / Closing Office (When covering)
- Taking credit card, cheque, debit and cash payments.
- Assisting walk-in clients
- Answering phones
- General cleaning
- Inspecting/ Driving Large Moving Trucks
- Using Credit/Debit Machines and Software Programs (WebSelfStorage & Uhaul
- Dealer Network)
- Sales and tracking of Inventory
We offer a fun, friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. Training will be paid for and completed during regular shift hours.
Preference will be given to those with:
- QuickBooks Experience
- Key Holding Experience
- Storage or Pest control Experience
**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
