In this role you will develop and implement D&IT communication strategies and materials to reduce digital risk to the organization and enhance digital fluency and adoption. We do that by educating and preparing all employees, staff and contractors for the changes and threats we may face as an organization; and to ultimately drive behaviors across the organization to keep the workforce digitally informed, systems secure and information protected.

Minimum Requirements:
- Five years’ experience in cybersecurity, IT, communications, change management, learning, marketing, or a related field- A University degree or related post-secondary diploma/certificate- Excellent organizational and presentation skills- The ability to communicate complex technical matters in easy-to-understand non-technical ways- Ability to work on a variety of projects at once and identify priorities to ensure work is completed within stipulated timeframes- Excellent communication and project-management skills with very strong writing, proofing and editorial skills (clear and engaging writing style) across a variety of audience groups and channels

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify top human digital behavioral risks to the organization that need to be changed or digital fluency needs that can be developed- Maintain an awareness of key digital tends and major initiatives to proactively advise on focus areas for communication, awareness building and training- Build a deep understanding of the D&IT business to provide clients information on key issues and risks- Develop and implement effective communication strategies, education, events and programs to the organization to drive desired behavior changes and/or awareness- Develop and deploy communications and programs geared to specialized audiences- Collaborate with internal business partners to develop, maintain and distribute materials for the entire organization- Work with external business partners to build materials to support the D&IT communication and awareness program- Adapt plans when necessary to provide timely support for specific threats and current issues that may come up in the threat landscape within high-risk focus areas (Cybersecurity, Privacy)

Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday- Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and ‘work from home’ flexibility.
