Working as part of the sales/marketing team you will help generate new business for the sales department by engaging prospects by phone communication, with a goal of setting qualified meetings.

**Requirements**:
Professional Phone Etiquette

Early evening, Saturday and Sunday availability
Preferred customer service experience.
Solid team player, willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done correctly and efficiently. Must be detail oriented and computer literate.

Responsibilities Include:
Answering all Inbound phone calls according to a proven, pre-set dialogue and schedule appointments when appropriate, logging all information in the database.
Respond to all incoming phone leads.
Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments.
Maintain logs.
Follow-up on customer visits.
Adapt to changing needs of department.
Ability to understand client's expectations and clientele mindset.
Complete all daily assigned tasks.
Complete all work assigned by manager.
Correctly record all communication between client and associates.

Desired Experience/Skill Set:
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Computer Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Weekends days shifts and weekday evening shifts are required, 12 - 24 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
