Minimum qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service/ Technical Support
- High School Diploma or GED
- Learn and applier of technical knowledge (we’ll teach you)
- You consider listening your first reaction to reaching solutions
