**What you will do**:
- General clerical duties for the Mill department including maintaining documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Completion and file management of work orders and preventative maintenance within the Oracle system
- Maintain surface operations, dry and maintenance crew schedules, vacations and holidays in SAP
- Maintain overtime lists for surface maintenance and operations and on call router for afterhours work callouts
- Work through time card issues with payroll and accounting
- Compile reports and presentations, such as weekly and month end reporting
- Procure office supplies, tool repairs and site signage
- Post and maintain site bulletin boards and TV monitors in the area
**What you will bring**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time and priority management, including working independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, competency in MS Office, Oracle and SAP would be an asset
- A Highschool Diploma or GED
- A Diploma in Business or Office Education would be an asset
