Le **chef d’équipe** relève du gérant de magasin et appuie l’équipe de gestion dans la création d’un environnement collaboratif qui favorise l’inclusion et l’établissement de relations positives. Pour assurer la réussite du magasin, il dirige et oriente l’équipe afin qu’elle atteigne les objectifs du magasin en matière de ventes et de rentabilité. Il participe également au recrutement, à la gestion du rendement, à la formation et au perfectionnement. Sa capacité à s’adapter à des situations, à des environnements, à des défis, à des tâches et à des horaires de travail variés est essentielle à sa réussite.

**Responsabilités (ce que vous ferez au quotidien)**
- Veiller à ce que le magasin atteigne les objectifs de l’entreprise et respecte les indicateurs clés de performance.
- Diriger le magasin en s’assurant de bien répartir ses tâches (politiques et procédures de l’entreprise, prévention des pertes, paie, production de rapports et établissement des horaires).
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marchandisage tout en offrant un environnement propre, cohérent et accueillant qui incite la clientèle à magasiner.
- Agir à titre de mentor et encadrer les membres de l’équipe en s’assurant de leur fournir une rétroaction immédiate.
- Établir une communication ouverte et efficace avec le gérant de magasin et le directeur de district.

**Qualifications**:
**Profil recherché (ce que vous apporterez)**
- Au moins six mois d’expérience à la tête d’une équipe ou à titre de superviseur dans un environnement de travail axé sur l’expérience client.
- Expérience dans la mobilisation d’une équipe en vue d’atteindre un objectif commun.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou de formation générale équivalente.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front au sein d’un environnement dynamique tout en s’engageant à fournir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Disponibilités pour travailler les soirs et la fin de semaine.
- Majorité (être âgé d’au moins 18 ans).
- Québec seulement : bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout.
