Speedy Transport is an LTL carrier specializing in Canada to USA transportation and logistics for Canada, USA, Ontario, Quebec and North America. Founded in 1941 as a local, same-day parcel pick-up and delivery service, Speedy Transport has grown to be one of central Canada’s premier carriers.

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Customer Care Representative. The customer care representative will be responsible to aid customers in any inquiries that they may have.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Trace shipments
- Rate shipments
- Take pick-up calls
- Pull reports for Speedy
- Trailer reports for Holland
- Extensive contact and interaction with the public in situations requiring problem resolution, and duties which relate specifically to customer concerns
- Research and follow up on customer problems and respond to questions
- Provide customers information regarding their freight
- Obtain information from the customer to perform a requested task
- Writing up claim information
- Finding, fixing, and preventing problems
- Work closely with operations for the timely movement of freight
- Calling customers to confirm delivery on unsigned bills
**Position Qualifications**:

- Excellent written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Planning and organizational skills, ability to work well with high volumes and deadlines
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have good computer skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to listen and provide effective and timely feedback
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with other staff

Nous recherchons une personne énergique et extravertie pour le poste de représentant du service à la clientèle. Le représentant du service à la clientèle sera chargé d'aider les clients dans toutes les demandes de renseignements qu'ils pourraient avoir.
**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Suivi des expéditions
- Évaluer les envois
- Prendre des appels téléphoniques
- Rapports d'extraction pour Speedy
- Rapports de remorque pour la Hollande
- Fournir divers types de soutien de bureau, tels que répondre aux demandes des clients, gérer les comptes clients, traiter les demandes de service
- Contacts et interactions étendus avec le public dans des situations nécessitant une résolution de problèmes, et tâches qui se rapportent spécifiquement aux préoccupations des clients
- Rechercher et suivre les problèmes des clients et répondre aux questions
- Fournir aux clients des informations concernant leur fret
- Obtenir des informations du client pour effectuer une tâche demandée
- Rédaction des informations de réclamation
- Recherche, résolution et prévention des problèmes
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les opérations pour le mouvement rapide du fret
- Appeler les clients pour confirmer la livraison sur des factures non signées
**Diplômes et compétences**:
Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, interpersonnelles et de service à la clientèle
Compétences en planification et en organisation, capacité à bien travailler avec des volumes et des délais élevés
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe
- Doit avoir de bonnes compétences en informatique
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les autres
- Capacité d'écouter et de fournir une rétroaction efficace et opportune
- Capacité à travailler de manière efficace, efficiente et courtoise avec les autres membres du personnel
