**ABOUT OUR COMPANY**

Anderson College is a premier Private Career College which has recently partnered with Westervelt College. Together, the two brands operate from nine locations across Ontario and offer over 30 leading-edge programs, eight of which are accredited.

We are currently looking for a highly competent, energetic, and exceptionally motivated Customer Service Representative.

**Job Characteristics and Responsibilities**:

- Work schedules rotating from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Subject to change as per business needs, including work on Saturdays)
- Handle a daily average of 80 to 90 short-duration inbound/outbound calls, 15 to 20 messages received after business hours, on-going website messages, and text messages
- Keeping records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints, providing daily reports
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other stakeholders, as necessary.
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, answering inquiries and handling complaints.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent proficiency working with computers and MS Office - Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency on Excel is a must
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative and customer service (client liaising) role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a positive attitude and warm demeanour, along with active listening skills
- Emotional intelligence and resilience, remaining calm and centred while interacting with customers
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly changing work environments
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactively seeking opportunities to drive change
- Quick learner with capacity to adapt fast to new processes and guidelines
- Strong administrative capabilities and organization

This position will entail remote working (i.e., working from home) at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions. Post COVID-19 restrictions, work location will be one of the 4 campuses in Toronto or Mississauga.
