We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative / Lead Management Coordinator** to join our team and oversee the management of inbound leads.
The **Customer Service Representative / Lead Management Coordinator** will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries and converting leads into in-person appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management**:
- Oversee and manage the company’s inbound lead system.
- Track and assign incoming leads to the appropriate team members.
- **Lead Conversion**:
- Engage with potential customers to convert inbound leads into in-person appointments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth coordination for the sales team.
- **CRM Oversight**:
- Manage and maintain the CRM software daily, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Update and oversee automated messages and engagement strategies to optimize lead conversions.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build rapport with leads to ensure a positive customer experience.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**:
- Customer service experience is strongly encouraged.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage leads effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with customers and team members.
- Proficiency with CRM software or a willingness to learn.
- **Location**:
- Must work onsite at our Scarborough office.
