**Job Description**:
As a Service Support Associate, you will provide in-house service and administrative support to our group retirement client services team. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that requires you to be detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills and experienced with Microsoft Office. This role provides critical support to our service team and helps to deliver a high-level client experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creation of client + advisor reports
- Prepare amendment documents for submission to head office partners
- Produce the stewardship reports for the CRMs
- Use internal systems to create and order client material
- General administrative tasks using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Provide other administrative support as needed to enhance the client experience, contributing to an efficient, energized and effective Group Customer Team
- Performing general office duties and other
- Provide back-up support to other positions on the team as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Highly adaptable + driven
- Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of the group retirement industry would be an asset
