**Summary**:
The Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our new CRM tool, Diocesan Data Management System (DDMS) with Plexcan. The DDMS will be used to manage all parishioner, clergy, and lay employee information, including but not limited to Employment Records, Life Events (Baptisms, Confirmations, Marriages), and donor information for the parishes. This role will also include implementing and integrating Pllenty, an online donation platform, with the DDMS. This position requires strong communication skills in both French and English.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the DDMS and Pllenty implementation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met, including collaboration with IT Team to establish data quality and integrity standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Manager of Information and Office Technology.
- Facilitate meetings and communication between project stakeholders, including parish staff, IT team members, and external vendors.
- Ensure clear and effective communication in both French and English across all project phases.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the DDMS and Pllenty and other IT software/functions.
- Provide ongoing support to users during and after the implementation phase.
- Oversee data migration processes to ensure accurate transfer of existing records into the DDMS.
- Identify and address project-related issues and risks promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management of technical projects, preferably in a non-profit or religious organization.
- Strong proficiency in both French and English (oral and written).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and data management is highly desirable.
- Experience with online donation platforms such as Pllenty is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with a 18-month contract.
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week - some work in evenings or weekends
- Work in an office environment with individual workstations
