Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Verify insurance coverage for patients and ensure all necessary information is obtained
- Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries, including explaining coverage and benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records
- Stay updated on changes in insurance policies, billing codes, and regulations

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with dental software as Dentrix
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of dental insurance billing processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
