Dental Administrative Assistant

If you are the right Administrative Professional for this opportunity, you will have previous experience providing the highest standard of customer service and support. You will need to be a critical thinker with decision-making skills, able to work confidently and maintain a calm demeanor.
Paid CE, Health and Dental benefits. Must be able to work some evenings and alternating Saturdays.
Duties
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Book and schedule appointments
- Update patient records
- Opening and Closing procedures
- Send Claims and Predeterminations to Insurance Providers
- Process payments
- Perform some accounting tasks
- Send referrals and chart transfer requests
**Requirements**:
- Dental Administrative Experience
