Parts Coordinator

Lethbridge, Canada Tollestrup Construction Full time

Tollestrup Construction is a growing southern Alberta road construction company and is looking for a **Parts Coordinator**. This position is responsible for the overall coordination of our mechanic shop, including but not limited to issuing purchase orders, work orders, answering phone calls, invoice tracking, budget tracking and other office duties when assigned. This positions offers potential to grow in the Company, it includes a competitive compensation package with fully paid dental & health benefits.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Extensive experience and knowledge of heavy equipment.
- Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and software.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.
