The Office of the Vice-Principal Academic & Dean provides leadership in academic programming and related services to the campus, ensuring innovation and excellence in teaching and scholarship and an academically responsive environment that values and supports the contributions of a diverse campus community. **Your opportunity**:
The Project and Administrative Coordinator, Undergraduate Initiatives & Awards, will report to the Manager, Undergraduate. Graduate and Post-Doctoral Initiatives in the Office of the Vice-Principal Academic & Dean and will work closely with the Vice-Dean Teaching, Learning, and Undergraduate Programs, whose portfolio includes pedagogical innovation and curriculum renewal, with particular attention to inclusion, accessibility, Indigeneity, and anti-racism; experiential and global learning; and internal and external awards and funding opportunities related to teaching and learning. The Project and Administrative Coordinator, Undergraduate Initiatives & Awards, will hold responsibility for administering and providing strategic support for a range of projects and initiatives that relate to teaching, learning, and undergraduate programs, and for coordinating awards and funding processes.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Executing assigned tasks according to production schedules and project plans
- Coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders
- Assessing and revising processes that support administrative activities and objectives
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Generating reports
- Updating and maintaining database records
- Writing routine documents and correspondence
- Disseminating information

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Completed Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of recent and related experience in project coordination providing operational support to multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in a post-secondary institution and/or educational setting
- Demonstrated experience in administering multiple projects and tasks simultaneously including coordinating scope of projects and administering the life cycle from conceptualization to completion
- Experience with educational programming and/or initiatives related to teaching, learning, and curriculum
- Demonstrated experience creating, writing, and editing content and correspondence with exceptional writing skills
- Evidence of a commitment to equity, inclusion, accessibility, and anti-racism in educational settings with demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and the promotion of a respectful and collegial learning and working environment
- Experience coordinating awards and funding processes in a post-secondary environment
- Results-oriented with strong time-management and problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions and set priorities to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must demonstrate strong personal initiative; tact and good judgment and ability to successfully set and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and proven attention-to-detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy
- Must be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse population of students, staff, faculty and external stakeholders
