Alors que nous continuons à étendre nos opérations, nous sommes à la recherche d'un chef d'équipe d'emballage pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique.

En tant que chef d'équipe de l'emballage, vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la coordination des activités quotidiennes de l'équipe pour assurer la satisfaction du client et le bon fonctionnement.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Superviser, encadrer et diriger l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Collaborer avec d'autres ministères pour assurer une communication efficace.
- Préparer, peser et emballer les produits du cannabis conformément aux procédures établies et aux expéditions à venir.
- Planifiez et organisez les tâches quotidiennes de l'équipe.
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation dans les zones de production et d'entrepôt.
- Assurez-vous que les produits, les étiquettes de produits et les emballages répondent aux normes et tenons un registre de toute divergence ou de tout problème.
- Respectez des normes strictes de contrôle de la qualité et de conformité.
- Démontrer un engagement envers la sécurité et une volonté d'apprendre et de se développer au sein de l'industrie.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
- Solide éthique de travail et souci du détail.
- Expérience antérieure en tant qu'emballage, production ou travail en ligne en tant que chef d'équipe ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter à l'évolution des processus de production et des réglementations.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et la capacité de travailler sous pression.
- Potentiel de travailler de façon autonome et d'assumer des responsabilités croissantes au fil du temps.

**Exigences**:

- Permis de conduire valide et/ou transport fiable.
- Vérification policière requise.
- La capacité de déménager est considérée comme un atout.
- L'anglais et/ou l'espagnol sont considérés comme un atout.
- Être âgé d'au moins 18 ans et se conformer à toutes les exigences légales pour travailler dans l'industrie du cannabis.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a Packaging Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

As Packaging Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, mentor, and lead the team to achieve set goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication.
- Prepare, weigh, and package cannabis products according to established procedures and upcoming shipments.
- Plan and organize the team's daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and warehouse areas.
- Ensure product, product labels, and packaging meets standards and keep record of any discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to strict quality control and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a packaging, production or line work as a Team Leader or in a simil
