We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing every client from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns and projects are executed successfully. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing and coordinating various digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, and web design, to meet our clients' business objectives and drive results.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and target audience to provide effective digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings and consultations to update clients on campaign progress, discuss new opportunities, and address any concerns.

Project Management:

- Lead the end-to-end management of client accounts, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, encompassing various channels such as Google Ads, SEO, Facebook -- Ads, and web design.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and meet client expectations.

Campaign Optimization and Performance Analysis:

- Analyze campaign performance data and leverage insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and areas for improvement.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to present new digital marketing services and upsell existing clients.

Industry Knowledge and Best Practices:

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Share industry insights with clients to position the agency as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, and web design.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients.
- Customer-centric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $34,573.31-$50,000.00 per year
