**We are searching for high-energy Account Executives (AEs) who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their general knowledge of security products, network concepts, and understanding of industry trends, AEs will communicate directly with clients and prospects to understand their individual needs and recommend products or services that maximize value. AEs may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospective buyers
- Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to potential buyers
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends
- Developing sales strategies to reach sales targets / quotas
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
- Maintaining a database of contact information
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
- Handling customer complaints and negotiations
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Account Executive
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
- Successful sales record in the technology industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
- Excellent time management, analytic and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or background in information technologies is a plus
- Post-secondary education preferred
