**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our Service Centre team.

This can be a remote role, however for those who would like to come into the office we are at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON.

**What your day looks like**:

- Partner with Advisors and communicate effectively and ask questions to ensure a smooth onboarding
- Provide guidance, support and education on procedures, forms and practices within the Univeris/ Dataphile system to ensure the Advisor is successful in the onboarding process
- Be the Subject Matter Expert and answer questions that come into the Onboard Team
- Partner internally with other areas of operations and service to ensure that onboarding is done in a timely manner and that concerns are resolved quickly
- Update Onboarding Dashboard on weekly basis to monitor Advisor progress
- Provide additional support for Credit Union Mergers, offboarding and other specialized partner support as needed

**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:

- University Degree or College Diploma preferred
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is preferred
- 2-3 years of financial industry experience in an Operations or Service Center role
- Experience using Dataphile is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with process improvement and documentation
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
