**Who we are looking for**:
A Customer Success specialist is responsible for developing customer relationships (“Customers” are both partners and end users of the service) that deliver retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with all “customers” to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to support the them to fully utilize Cloudli products and services. This will be achieved by a consultative approach based on the customer needs and aspirations for their business.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Act as a primary Customer Liaison
- Develop strong customer relationship and foster customer loyalty by addressing their needs in successfully using our services
- Provide required support for customer both technical and relationship based
- Successfully onboard and activate partners, agents, resellers as well as end users
- Be hands on and be prepared to act upon what is needed: update user information, change parameters, diagnose technical VoIP problems
- Be willing to learn VoIP/UCaaS tools
- Be a strong advocate and ensure satisfaction of the key client and its customers at Cloudli
- Pro-actively identify customer needs
- Provide regular product training to customer on new service features
- Work with the sales team as a technical resource to help secure accounts for our major customers
- Manage and support special projects as assigned

**What we are looking for**:

- 2+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role
- Experience with customer service practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of VoIP and the telecom industry is a big asset
- Be self-motivated and demonstrate and positive outlook
- Ability to embrace change with a positive ‘can do’ approach
- Enthusiastic professional with focus on Customer success
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Proven written & verbal communication
- Planning & organization skills
- Flexible & adaptable
- Bilingual French/English preferred
