**WHAT WE DO**

The CFO Centre Canada is one of the leading providers of Part-Time Chief Financial Officers. Part-time CFOs are for those businesses that don’t want, don’t need, and probably can’t afford a full-time chief financial officer, but need this skill set on a regular basis, or for situations as they arise. The part-time CFO with big company experience can provide analysis, advice, and positive intervention to small & medium sized enterprises at a fraction of the cost of an in-house CFO.

Well, anyone can come up with numbers, we help our clients find the ones that really make a difference, not only to their business, but to their lives, and help deliver them Whether that’s growth, acquisition, consolidation, or setting them up for the lifestyle they’ve always wanted.

**OUR STORY**

The CFO Centre Group launched in the UK in 2001.The idea of high caliber expert CFOs working on a part-time basis in a team-based portfolio model is the brainchild of Founder and Chairman Colin Mills. Colin is a former Finance Director of large multinationals and Plc companies in the UK. He chose to build a portfolio lifestyle for himself in order to gain more control of his time and build a flexible lifestyle while continuing to deliver the finance work, he enjoyed at a senior level within a team culture of like-minded individuals.

Fast forward to 2011 where The CFO Centre Canada started as part of The CFO Centre Group by Ian Young, who had a successful career as a CFO with large brand-recognized organizations and knew the offering would be well-received. We now operate in 10 regions across the country with a team of 8 Regional Directors and a team of 100+ CFOs. We continue to expand and are poised for exponential growth in the coming year.

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented Chief Financial Officers who are passionate about helping ambitious $2 - $100M private businesses climb their Everest. With the mindset of a CEO, you’ll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing a high-performing region while loving being part of a larger team all across Canada and the World.

Of course, you come with a strong understanding of commercial finance, business strategy, and a track record of success, although your “special sauce” is your natural ability to build genuine long-lasting relationships with your clients - part advisor, part strategist, part friend.

You’ll work closely with the Canadian CEO and the Team of Regional Directors across the country.

You’ll be a local, or at least an adopted local in the region, with a great network and a ‘black book’ of outstanding individuals and businesses in the region, who’s interested in this opportunity for the right reasons. You will love sales, love finding leads, love your clients, and love the hunt A great listener, and even better at asking great questions.

This opportunity will suit entrepreneurial individuals, with operational experience at CEO, COO or CFO level, who have an understanding of commercial finance and the importance of a CFO in supporting the growth and strategic development of any business.
