Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Respond to all customer service related inquiries, including tracking and tracing, in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, and communicating such with the appropriate departments and customers
- Assist external accountant with year end
- Prepare and submit all financial or regulatory filings and remittances as necessary (i.e. HST, EHT, T4/T4A, WSIB)
- Process Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping transactions and ensuring all data is accurate when posting on QuickBooks
- Create, analyze and distribute financial reports as requested
- Audit accounts to verify accuracy and complete all bank and credit card reconciliations
- Send accounts receivable invoices with attached PODs to customers while tracking and recording incoming/outgoing payments
- Verify discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues
- Overlook team operations and ensure day-to-day tasks run smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven office management, and accounting experience
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Construction and/or Manufacturing industry background preferred
