Dessert Holdings is looking for a **Full-Time Receptionist **to join our team based in London, ON. The front desk receptionist performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, receiving visitors, providing customer assistance, data processing, record-keeping as well as additional clerical duties for across several departments. The position is responsible for the administrative support for the London C2 site.
**Position Requirements**:
**_ Primary Duties: _**
- Direct and screen calls
- Customer Service for contractors, visitors, and the general public
- Maintain Visitor and Contractor Logs
- Maintain office supplies and order as needed/requested ensuring adherence to budget restrictions.
- Maintain C2 phone list and Outlook contacts.
- Responsible for mail distribution
- Administrative support for Human Resources (data entry, call ins, employee events, job fairs)
- Assist in orientation organization, file management, access control.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying and filing.
- Supports HR related activities (e.g., creating new hire badges etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication skill sets - both in person, written and over the phone.
- Ability to multi-task
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Accurate data entry capabilities
**_ Abilities:_**
- Is experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, willing to grow and evolve, demonstrates resilience on an ongoing basis.
- Can deal with ambiguity in a professional way when all of the facts and information required may not be readily available.
- Practical in identifying resources needed in a calm, mature and professional manner.
**_ Experience:_**
- 3+ years plus working experience in a customer service / administrative capacity supporting internal or external customers where communication skill sets are a priority.
- College or other post-secondary education / certification that is transferrable to the requirements of this position.
